  • Learn techniques for rapid changes in Speed and Direction

Explosive power conditioning; leg strength; proper form; improve lateral and vertical speed; improve vertical height; proper hand form for saves; handling the ball with feet; learn how to play the angles when facing an attack; commanding defenses with positioning; direction and timing; corner and free kick positioning; goal kicking; punting; positioning for penalties & team leadership skills  


  • Protecting ball possession

  • Successful kicks and throws - when to shoot and when to pass

  • Mastering the "Three-Second Rule"

  • Using the "Triangle" in sideline defense to offense

  • Learning how and when to "Switch" the field of play to retain possession

  • Recognizing opponents "soft spots"; where to push the attack

  • Merits of long vs. short passes; when each should be used

  • How to finish odd-man rushes - Proper defense of corners and free kicks
